Web design for Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 example site
Wrox United is a fictional football team created by the team of authors responsible for Beginning ASP.NET 2.0, published by Wrox Press (an imprint of Wiley). As readers work through the book, they create a website exactly like the Wrox United example site.
Frog Box Design was in charge of the Wrox United branding effort: we began by designing the logo and creating example goods for the fictional team’s online shop, then gave life to the team mascot, Lucky. Then we designed the skin for the Wrox United website: we gave the site a colour scheme to match the club’s colours.* As a result, Louise came to be immortalised as the team’s “healer”!
