CNG Design
Website design for Anglo-French garden designer
The brief for the CNG Design website was simple:
- Develop a simple website designed to generate landscaping and garden design business both in UK and in France
- Ensure site is sufficiently flexible to incorporate change
- The site needs to be bilingual (French translation coming soon!)
- The site needs to perform will in French search engines as well as UK search engines
We designed the site with PHP, XHTML and CSS. This approach ensures good indexing by search engines and the forward-compatible coding will make it easy to update the content and expand the site as it grows. Plus, it’s ethical and legal because the content is accessible, meaning that it can be viewed just as easily by a refreshable Braille display as by someone using a dial-up connection. We won this project as a result of our work designing the CNG Design logo.
